okDuck Terms of Use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the "okDuck VIP" service provided by "okDuck" ("we", "us", or "our") (the "Service").

1. Subscription

The Service is a subscription-based paid service, which means you will be charged in advance for future subscription periods.

Currently, the following subscription options are available:

• Monthly Subscription: ¥18/month
• Quarterly Subscription: ¥48/quarter
• Annual Subscription: ¥168/year

At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel auto-renewal manually or we terminate the Service.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

2. Free Trial

okDuck provides free trial content to all users by default.

• The first unit of each course is available for free trial. Access to subsequent course content requires an active membership subscription.
• We may adjust the scope of free trial content and available features based on operational needs in order to provide a better service experience.
• The free trial will not automatically upgrade to a paid membership.

3. Pricing

• If subscription prices are adjusted, the new pricing will take effect in your next billing cycle.
• Prices may vary during promotional periods. Please refer to the actual prices displayed within the app.

4. Auto-Renewal

1. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase;
2. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period;
3. After successful payment, the subscription period will automatically renew;
4. To cancel auto-renewal, please manually turn it off in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a stable and high-quality experience for all users, we implement a Fair Use Policy.

(1) Usage Restrictions

• The Service is intended solely for normal personal learning purposes.
• Automated scripts, crawlers, malicious software, or any other abnormal methods of accessing or using the Service are strictly prohibited.

(2) Determination of Fair Use

If a user's behavior significantly exceeds normal usage patterns, we reserve the right to determine, through automated systems or manual review, whether such usage exceeds fair use limits.

(3) Consequences of Excessive Use

If a user is found to have engaged in abnormal or excessive usage, we may take measures including but not limited to:

• Restricting access to certain features;
• Temporarily or permanently suspending the Service;
• Contacting the user to seek a reasonable solution.

We will attempt to notify users before taking restrictive actions whenever possible.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content services being instantly accessible, subscription fees and payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.

Please fully experience the free content before purchasing to ensure the Service meets your needs.
